Abstract

This study aimed to analyzing the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality to the implementation of audit application system (SiAP) on net benefit in the form of user performance, with user satisfaction as an intervening variable at the BPK Regional Office of South Sumatra Province. This research was a quantitative study with survey approach through distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was 102 functional employees of the BPK Regional Office of South Sumatra Province. Out of the whole population, 82 respondents were selected as samples using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The method conducted to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that system quality and information quality had a positive effect of 14,4% and 9,1%, respectively, on user satisfaction, but were not significant. Service quality has been empirically proven to have a positive and significant effect on SiAP user satisfaction by 62%. Meanwhile, user satisfaction is a very strong variable in predicting the performance of SiAP users, with a positive and significant effect of 80,2%. Based on the results of this study, a strategy for developing SiAP is recommended by improving service quality, which can drive user satisfaction and then have a major impact on improving user performance. In addition, the organizations also need to optimize system and information quality, especially related to integration, response time, flexibility, accuracy, and relevant, in order to increase SiAP user satisfaction.
