Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penempatan kerja pada PT Anugerah Musi Indah Nusantara palembang. sampel yang diambil yaitu dari seluruh jumlah populasi sebanyak 73 orang pegawai untuk dijadikan responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitiaan ini berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan diharapkan untuk dapat melakukan penempatan kerja dengan baik. Dengan dilakukan penempatan kerja yang sesuai maka karyawan mampu mencapai prestasi kerja yang baik.
