Abstract
This textbook presents a primary introduction of the analysis of English sentence structure, syntax. Syntax, the study of sentence structure, is an essential part of linguistics to be introduced to the students of English Education Study Program. The essential role of learning syntax for the students is thatsyntaxis a preliminary study of takingsemanticscourse. Besides, it is a must for them to learn the structures of sentence swhich I believe are very much used in building sentences in any spoken and written text.
