Abstract
This research conducted using Gas Engine JGS 208 GS fueled with LPG and operated at constant rotating speed of 1500 rpm.The purpose of this research is to know the effect of load variation on brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC).The results of the research show the increase of load results in decreasing the brake specific fuel consumption and also the increase of load will increase the effective efficiency.The maximum load of 175 kW results in the minimum BSFC of 0.219 kg/kWh and the maximum effective efficiency of 0.357
