Abstract
This reseach aims to describe the form of student responses to the types of reinforcement and punishment that teachers have given in SDN 11 Indralaya. In this research the subject of researcher is teacher and student who have been given reinforcement from the teacher. The research method used is observation, interview, and documentation. From the results of the research, it was found that were 11 form of student resposes arising during the study, namely pride (satisfaction, enthusiasm), happy, confident, showing repetition of behavior, positioning the body, showing expression of iiritation, silence, seeking more answer precisely, not to repeat the behavior, guilty expressions, and ordinary expressions (blank). The most frequent reinforcement and punishment is praise, high marking, and enforcement punishment in the form of nagging and rebuke. Giving strength and punishment by teacher is done directly. Where when the existence of student behavior that appears and need to be strengthened and eliminated. The teacher immediately gives an action in the form of strengthening or punishment.
