Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode reward dan everyone is a teacher here terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 2 Palembang. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka digunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan teknik pre-experiment design dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VII yang berjumlah 339 peserta didik dengan sampel kelas VII.10. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil pretest yaitu sebesar 45,25 tergolong kategori sangat rendah dan hasil posttest meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata 81,5 tergolong kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan Uji Signifikansi Parameter Simultan (Uji-F) nilai F hitung yaitu sebesar 8,855 dan nilai signifikansi seluruh variabel independen sebesar 0,001 di bawah nilai α (0,05), sehingga terdapat pengaruh metode reward dan everyone is a teacher here secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelaajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 2 Palembang.
