Abstract

This study aims to determine the in effectiveness of Public Private Partnership in Implementating E-Tax at the Regional Tax Management Agency Palembang City. The design used is qualitative. With a desciptive research approach. Research is located in the city of Palembang. With research subject namely Regional Tax Management Agency Palembang City, Bank Sumsel Babel, and PT. Pinisi Elektra. Data collection techniques using data condensation data, display data and drawing conclusion. The result of this study indicate that Public Private Partnership in the Implementation of E-Tax at the regional Tax Management Agency Palembang City.is still not effective/maximum in terms of i i refer to the most important indicators put forward by William J Parente as well as the impact/result of activities that still do not meet the target of implementating e-tax it self and there are still many tax payers who complain about problems or tools that often have errors. So that in the implementation of this e-tax the researcher suggests that socialization and monitoring is needed between the theree stakeholders involved.
