Abstract

Skripsi ini bertajuk “Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Pelaku Skimming Tindak Pidana Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (Studi Putusan Nomor 200/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Pkl dan Putusan Nomor 241/Pid.Sus/2020/Pn.Dps)”. Penulisan skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh melonjaknya kasus tindak pidana skimming yang selaras dengan jatuhnya perekonomian negara akibat pandemi COVID-19. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat yakni untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan sanksi pidana dan bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku skimming berdasarkan putusan nomor 200/Pid.Sus/2018/Pn.Pkl dan putusan nomor 241/Pid.Sus/2020/Pn.Dps. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan penarikan bermetode deduktif, serta menggunakan bahan-bahan hukum yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier.
