Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menganalisis perbedaan tingkat produktivitas usahatani kelapa sawit petani plasma yang telah dan belum melunasi kredit 2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas usahatani kelapa sawit 3) menghitung perbedaan tingkat pendapatan petani plasma yang telah dan belum melunasi kredit Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja {purposive). Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak berlapis berimbang (Proportionate Statified Random Sampling) terhadap petani yang telah dan belum melunasi kredit Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Rata-rata produktivitas petani yang telah lunas kredit lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan petani yang belum lunas kredit dengan tingkat perbandingan sebesar 1,009 kali. Jumlah populasi pohon, penggunaan pestisida Ain penggunaan pupuk berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas usahatani kelapa sawit sedangkan tenaga keija berpengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas usahatani kelapa sawit Rata-rata pendapatan petani yang telah lunas kredit lebih tinggi dibandingkan petani yang belum lunas kredit dengan tingkat perbandingan sebesar p.2.065.500,-Saran yang direkomendasikan adalah perlunya keijasama yang baik antara pihak perusahaan dengan petani plasma sehingga dapat terjalin lagi hubungan yang saling menguntungkan diantara kedua belah pihak.
