Abstract

This study is entitled Management Information System Application Usage Simultaneous Integrated Movement Plus (Sigertak+) at the Development Planning Agency Region of South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out how is the Management of the Use of Electronic Systems for poverty alleviation managed by the South Sumatra Bappeda. This research uses a descriptive method qualitatively, with the theory of the POSDCORB management function proposed by Luther M Gullick, among others: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; (3) Staffing; (4) directing; (5) Coordinating; (6) Reporting; (7) Budgeting. Inside problem this research is not updating the existing DTKS data in the Sigertak+ application. The conclusion of this study is based on the findings stated that the use of the Sigertak+ application has not been effective and efficient because of the management function has not been implemented optimally. this is evident from the seven existing management functions one function that has been optimal is the planning function while the six functions are Others don't work optimally.
