Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memahami kualitas pelayanan dalam pembuatan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dalam Pembuatan Kartu Identitas Anak Di Dinas Kependudukan dan penctatan Sipil Kota Palembang masih kurang maksimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya indikator responsivitas dan akuntabilitas yakni daya tanggap petugas dalam menangani keluhan yang masuk dari masyarakat masih belum ditanggapi. Meskipun indikator responsibilitas sudah berjalan dengan baik sehingga membantu dalam pembuatan KIA.
