Abstract

Background behind : Decrease awareness will experience rest lie down which more long. Possible complications _ occur consequence long bed rest is wound decubitus . Prevention decubitus could conducted with massage . Massage is intervention nursing can _ given to patient immobilization for guard hydration skin in limit fair . Virgin coconut oil is oil coconut pure possess _ many benefit wrong only one healing network , kill bacteria who can cause wound press and infection . Purpose : Implement care nursing on patient decline awareness with gift massage with virgin coconut oil . Method : The method used is study qualitative with approach studies case against 3 patients decline awareness . Result : Yes problem nursing mainly is risk wound press . Possible non - pharmacological interventions given for intervene wound press that is gift massage with virgin coconut oil . Discussion : Virgin Coconut Oil also give nutrition through process absorption by skin and as lubricant for reduce effect friction and shears. VCO is an antioxidant element and and vitamin E still could maintained so that if used as protector skin will capable soften skin . Conclusion : gift massage with virgin coconut oil effective in lower risk wound press good sign symptom subjective nor experienced objective _ patient
