Abstract
The National Health Insurance (JKN) service is one of the compensations given to health workers at the puskesmas based on attendance, type of workforce, length of service, administrative tasks given and concurrent positions held. Inconsistency in providing services will lead to injustice for puskesmas employees. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the payment of JKN services at the Simpang Periuk Health Center, Lubuklinggau City. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The research sample amounted to 80 respondents taken from the total sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that 83.8% attendance, 90% types of staff, 88.8% tenure, 96.3% dual administrative duties and 92.5% responsibility for the program of puskesmas employees felt that they were not in accordance with the services received, and 61.3 % of the amount of services received <762,181. Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between attendance (p=0.03), type of staff (p=0.05), years of service (p=0.025) and the amount of service received and there was no relationship between multiple administrative tasks (p=0.293 ), program responsibility (p=0,2) with the amount of service. The conclusion of this study was that there was a significant relationship between attendance, type of workforce and length of service with the amount of service received. Recommendation to the Lubuklinggau City Health Office to add performance variables in the distribution system of the National Health Insurance
