Abstract

This thesis is the result of research that describes how much influence the impact of Sub-district Expansion has on public services at the Jakabaring Sub- district Office, Palembang City, the satisfaction and smoothness of the community in taking care of administration is the benchmark in the impact of this sub-district expansion, especially in the management of family cards, and is the basis of the expansion goal itself which is successful or not in the implementation of this policy and according to what was planned before. The background of the author's interest in making this thesis is based on the results of preliminary interview observations that the author conducted at the Jakabaring District Office, Palembang City, where at the time of the interview related to what administrative services are available at the Jakabaring District Office, the most frequent administrative service provided by the community is in 2017 after the expansion of the most crowded administrative management is family card management. where the author finds an indication of the problem with what the impact caused after the expansion of the District itself is the benchmark is the agenda data for family card management and interviews conducted. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through field studies and which include observation and interviews. As for determining the sample, the author uses analysis according to Miles & Huberman (2014: 31) with an assessment of 3 concurrent activities, namely data condensation, data display, drawing / verifying conclusions. The results of the research conducted by the author show the level of administrative services in accordance with the theory of policy impact from the results of the family card administration agenda data which shows the progress of the level of administrative services in Jakabaring District. Based on the results of the research analysis of the conclusion of the discussion, the authors propose the following suggestions: the need to increase educated and experienced human resources, the existence of queue numbers to make it easier for the community, facilities and infrastructure that are more comple
