Abstract
PTPN II is a company engaged in the mining and plantation sector that provides pension guarantees to its employees. Pension is a program designed to provide income or benefits to a person when he is no longer working or has reached a certain age. This study has two types of pensions, namely normal pensions, which are employees who enter retirement at the age of 55 and 56 years and premature retirement, namely employees who are honorably dismissed with accelerated retirement benefits and employees who die not due to work accidents. Classification of types of pensions is carried out to assist companies in preparing employee pension funds before the specified time. The method used in this research is fuzzy naïve Bayes based on resampling repeated split validation. Pension data analyzed in this study is PTPN II employee pension data from 2012 to 2019. The results obtained in this study averaged 90.94% accuracy, 99.46% precision, 38.41% recall and f1- score of 55.29%. Keywords: fuzzy naïve bayes, split validation, pension.
