Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Region Gelumbang Muara Enim Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Region Gelumbang Muara Enim Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, amounting to 95 people as respondents. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Region Gelumbang Muara Enim Regency.
