Abstract

This research aims to determin ethe quality of teaching at the elementary school student Civics FKIP PGSD Unsri. The Research was conducted on PGSD studentsNumbered 45 people following one-half of elementary civics course on campus application of the learning process in the classroom. Data analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis data. Data was Carried oaut aftaer the action, analysis of data Obtained by using a data analysys models as follow, a) the data reduction phase, b) the data presentation stagec) the stage of conclusion / verification. the results showed an increase in the quality of teaching at the elemnatry school student Civics FKIP PGSD Unsri once implemented VCT approach (Values Clarifiction technique)
