Abstract
This study emphasizes the discovery of solutions to support link and match between university and alumni?s industrial users of Computer Science Faculty at the Sriwijaya University. Implementation of E-CRM Solutions in the development of alumni tracking system is needed to support the link and match between university and alumni?s industrial users Computer Science Faculty at the Sriwijaya University, especially in building partnerships with industry to set priorities and substance of higher education. System solutions generated through the process of systems analysis of FAST methodologies (Framework for the Application of System tecniques) which includes the phase of scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, and decision analysis. The result is a web-based Alumni Tracking System Development solution for Alumni Tracking System Development in Computer Science Faculty at the Sriwijaya University to support link and match between university and alumni?s industrial users through service to alumni and alumni?s industrial users and can accommodate feedback alumni to harmonize the needs of alumni?s industrial users and learning process in higher education.
