Abstract
This research is motivated by the provision of green open space above the riverbank, namely Sekanak Lambidaro Park as the main activity in the restoration of the Sekanak Lambidaro river. However, in the field there are still several problems related to the park which has not been visited by many people and also still smells bad from the grove of the park. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Research techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Thomas R Dye's policy impact theory with the dimensions of the main subject, the situation and other groups and time. . The results of this study indicate that it can be analyzed that there is a positive impact which includes, enough to repair the slum area of 24 flats 24 Ilir, positive on the condition of income and currency of traders in the park environment, the surrounding flat community can trade too, the participation of the community and traders in protecting the environment parks and rivers from garbage. Then also the negative impacts, traders trading rules in the park, visitors who are not responsible for waste, parks that are busy on weekends and nights only, the existence of park facilities or infrastructure that are not managed optimally after development such as hydroponic plants it is difficult to socialize related to river borders, and parks that have not held events for a long time. Suggestions in this study are to control traders in the environment within the park, park facilities continue to be managed and repaired what has been built from the start such as hydroponics, then re-maximizing events as a means of enlivening the park and media for outreach related to the river.
