Abstract

This research was a review about "The Pattern of Social Relations Between Circular Migrant Families from the Village of Tanjung Kepayang in Kubu II Hamlet, Tungkal Ilir District, Banyuasin Regency". The purpose of this research is about the pattern of social relations carried out between migrant families in Tanjung Kepayang Village both in economic and social aspects in Kubu II Hamlet. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach, while the number of informants in this study were 10 people selected purposively. Data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and library research. This study uses the theory of Social Relations from Soerjono Soekanto. The results of the study found that the pattern of social relations between circular migrant families from Tanjung Kepayang village was more associative social relations patterns, and the pattern of social relations between circular migrant families from Tanjung Kepayang village and other village migrants was more social relations patterns dissociative.
