Abstract

Simpang tak bersinyal adalah seluruh daerah dimana dua atau lebih ruas jalan bertemu, bersilang atau saling memotong yang fungsinya melakukan perubahan arah lalu lintas yang tidak dilengkapi dengan sinyal atau rambu lalu lintas. Analisa simpang tak bersinyal ditentukan oleh beberapa parameter yaitu kapasitas dan perilaku lalu lintas yang terdiri dari derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan peluang antrian. Pada penyusunan tugas akhir ini dikhususkan pada perbandingan menganalisa simpang tak bersinyal dengan cara manual dan menggunakan program Delphi 7.0. Analisa dilakukan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia MKJI tahun 1997. Hasil program dari skripsi ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk manganalisa simpang tak bersinyal dengan cepat dan mudah.
