Abstract

A company engaged in the service of convection and digital printing in town Palembang southern Sumatra. It still has some constraints in serving the customer, the lack of information makes the customer have come to the project site directly to be able to know the progress of the project. There was not a system to manage and gave the ease to customer in order products as well as complaints problems, criticisms and suggestions yet archived and computerized well which is useful for the evaluation of the prospects for future sales. Therefore, information technology with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is needed to help the company in improving the quality of service to customers. The method used in the development of system is FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking). Next, to know whether there is the influence of implementation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to customer loyalty then conducted research by spread questioner. The statistical method used is the spearman rank correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and t test statistics. From the analysis use spearman rank correlation coefficient shown a positive correlation of 0,72 which is included in the medium category, determination coefficient of 51,84 %, and the test results tcount (3,73) > ttable (1,771), which means Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a significant impact on customer loyalty.
