Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan Tobin’s Q, dengan menggunakan profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai metode pemilihan sampel, dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) sebagai salah satu teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Tobin’s Q. (2) Return on Asset (ROA) dapat memoderasi hubungan antara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020.
