Abstract

Total Tin Resources owned by Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province both land and sea according to data PT Timah Tbk Province of Bangka Belitung is 899,349 tons. 502,496 tons of land lead (on shore) resources and 396,853 tons of lead (of shore). Mining life time Tin mine in Bangka Belitung Islands province is estimated for 23 years. With tin production of 39,393 tons per year. Metal minerals cannot be exported to overseas without further processing in accordance to ministerial Regulation No. 25 of 2018 thus that lead metal downstream needs to be done. The right tin metal hilirization in Bangka Belitung province is the construction of tin can factory where all four tin products are suitable for this downstream. The method of measuring investment profit processing tin can using cashflow describing the flow of funds processing development of tin can factories. Profit analysis is evaluated by method; Net Present Value with value of Rp. 5.500.665.003, Internal Rate of Return is worth 28,00 %, Payback Period is 3 years 1 month, and Profitability with a value of 1.60. The figure of the profit indicator above shows that the establishment of tin can industry with tin metal to be able to be cultivated in Bangka Belitung Islands province
