Abstract
Community participation and community interest in utilizing Posyandu are still low, this is one of the problems that hamper the implementation of health services through Posyandu. Community participation can affect the sustainability of the Posyandu program to improve health services. The purpose of this study is to determine the participation of the community in this case concerning the services of mothers who have toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly in the activities of Posyandu Roses in Indralaya Mulya Village Indralaya District Ogan Ilir. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The participation rate of mothers with toddlers is high because some mothers with toddlers already have an awareness of the importance of Posyandu in improving and monitoring the growth and development of children under five. The participation rate of pregnant women is moderate, because there are still pregnant women who do her pregnancy examination to midwife, because activity of Mawar Rosyy which only implemented once a month. The Elderly participation rate is moderate, as only part of the Elderly participate in Posyandu activities and conduct medical checks into Posyandu Mawar.
