Abstract

Sharing of knowledge that occurs among employees at the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Sumatra Selatan is still not effective because the existing knowledge on the organization has not been well documented, so that if there are problems cannot be executed quickly and the exchange of knowledge has not run well, because there is no container for employees to share knowledge. To solve the problem, the researcher uses a Knowledge Management System system that uses Case-Based Reasoning method which in the process to solve the existing problem is done by looking at the previous case which has similarity to solve the new problem, and also save new knowledge so that will make continuous learning. The purpose of this study is to apply Knowledge Management System as a means of documentation and dissemination of knowledge about zakat, infak, alms at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional, Provinsi Sumatra Selatan. The results of this study indicate the influence of the use of Knowledge Management System using Case-Based Reasoning based on android that has a significant influence on improving the performance of existing employees.
