Abstract
This research analyzes the effect of training, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Techwin BKT. The research objectives are to analyze the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of training on employee performance through job satisfaction, the effect of motivation on performance, and the effect of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Techwin BKT. The research population involved 55 respondents. This research processes the data from questionnaires that were distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique of this research applied Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the analysis results, training has a positive and significant effect on performance, training has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Training, Motivation and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
