Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan pada masyarakat di dunia. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan peringkat kedua kasus tuberkulosis tertinggi di dunia. Jumlah penemuan tuberkulosis di Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 13.514 kasus (0,158%), dengan kasus tertinggi di Kota Palembang yaitu sebanyak 5.023 kasus (0,298%). Dari total 358 pasien (1,197%) yang memeriksakan dahak di Puskesmas Kampus, terdapat sebanyak 59 pasien BTA (+) pada tahun 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor penjamu dan lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB Paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kampus Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control dengan perbandingan sampel 1:2 dan jumlah sampel 31 kasus dan 62 kontrol yang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan merokok (p-value; 0,001 OR= 4,961), kebiasaan membuka jendela (p-value; 0,000 OR= 21,150), pencahayaan alami (p-value; 0,000 OR= 10,837), luas ventilasi (p-value; 0,000 OR= 39,750) dan kepadatan hunian (p-value; 0,000 OR= 28,125) dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru. Serta tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi (p-value; 0,100 OR= 2,368), dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kampus Kota Palembang yaitu luas ventilasi. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu masyarakat diharapkan dapat memperhatikan aspek sanitasi rumah sehat dan mengfungsikan kembali ventilasi yang sudah ada.
