Abstract

This research is entitled "Performance of Service Revenue in Financial Management and Regional Assets in Prabumulih City Restaurant Tax Revenue". The purpose of this study was to find out how the Performance of the Office of Revenue in Financial Management and Regional Assets in Prabumulih City Restaurant Tax Revenue. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research uses the LAN RI theory that measures organizational performance into 5 dimensions, namely input, output, outcomes, benefits, and impact. The results of the study showed that the performance of the Regional Revenue Management Office of Prabumulih City's Financial and Asset Management had run quite well, but there were still several problems so that the performance had not run optimally, namely the realization of restaurant tax receipts from the set targets. Firmness of employees who are still lacking to taxpayers, human resources are still minimal, facilities and infrastructure are still lacking. The results of this study recommend that the Department of Revenue Management and Regional Asset Finance of Prabumulih City should add support facilities for employee performance, facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate to be updated to provide comfort. The level of discipline of employees in collecting restaurant taxes needs to be improved with supervision from the leadership that must be improved.
