Abstract
The objectives of the study are 1) to analyze of production factors such as land size of paddy farm, paddy seeds, fertilizer, pesticide, and worker?s time outpouring to paddy production of Telang Jaya Village, 2) to analyze the allocation accuracy of production factors efficiency degree that was used by paddy farmers, 3) to analyze contribution of paddy farming income to the total income of farmers. The result of this research showed that the width of paddy land, urea and phonska fertilizer, paddy seeds, and worker?s time outpouring influenced the paddy production, but pesticide such as herbicide, fungicide, and insecticide did not influence the paddy production. Farm operation of paddy farmers at Telang jaya village was not efficient yet in the using of production factors such as fertilizer (urea and phonska), and paddy seeds, then it was not efficient in the using of insecticide. Then it wasefficient in the using of paddy land, worker?s time outpouring, herbicide, and fungicide. The income contribution of paddy farming is 71,71 percents in nominal rate, but in real rate, the income contribution of paddy farming is 20,67 percent.
