Abstract

PT XYZ sebagai salah satu Job Site dari PT Gentala Bumi Nusantara melakukan perubahan pada kapasitas produksi dan urutan arah penambangan, hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan tersebut harus melakukan revisi dokumen Studi Kelayakan Tambang (SKT) serta melakukan analisis finansial ulang terhadap kelayakan tambang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganisis kelayakan investasi terhadap kegiatan penambangan milik PT XYZ. Biaya Capital Expenditure milik PT XYZ sebesar Rp89.223.048.908 serta biaya Operational Expenditure sebesar Rp82.471.285.160. Selain biaya-biaya tersebut, dalam penelitian ini juga dicari perkiraan pendapatan yang mungkin diterima yaitu sebesar Rp130.690.564.620. Setelah diketahui variabel-variabl biaya tersebut, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan untuk mendapatkan besarnya kriteria investasi, kriteria yang didapatkan adalah Net Present Value sebesar Rp118.452.986.519, Internal Rate of Return sebesar 81.79%, Payback Period sebesar 0.89 dan yang terakhir adalah Break Even Point sebesar 253.934 ton penjualan batu bara. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis sensitivitas terhadap kriteria investasi tersebut, dengan cara dilakukan simulasi berupa penurunan harga jual batu bara dan kenaikan biaya produksi, hasil yang didapat berupa kenaikan biaya produksi maksimal 50%, dan harga jual batu bara turun tidak lebih dari 20% agar proyek tersebut tetap layak.
