Abstract

This study was aim at describing the improvement of the outcomes and learning process in the sub-themes Indahnya Keberagaman Di Negeriku of 4th grade students of 157 Palembang Elementary School through Think Talk Write (TTW) model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 3 cycles of action. The research subjects were students in class IV E, which amounted to 35 students. Data collection techniques used are test and observation. The results showed that the value of student learning outcomes increased, this can be seen from the learning completeness of students in the first cycle with the acquisition of scores reaching 70 or many as 16 students with a percentage of 62.8%. In cycle II students' learning completeness increased with the acquisition of scores reaching 70 or more as many as 23 students with a percentage of 77.1%. In the third cycle, the learning completeness of students increased with the acquisition of scores reaching 70 or more as many as 26 students with a percentage of 88.6%. This is supported by observations, activeness of students who have increased, in the first cycle with a percentage of 63,28% and included in the active category, then increased in the second cycle with a percentage of 73,91%. and included in the active category, then in the third cycle with a percentage of 82,12% and included in the very active category. The results of this study can be concluded that through the application of Think Talk Write (TTW) model can improve learning outcomes of 4th grade students of 157 Palembang Elementary School in Sub-themes Indahnya Keberagaman Di Negeriku.
