PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance is a public company engaged in consumer finance for four-wheel vehicles. The company in receiving employees held several stages of file selection tests, interview tests and skill tests. Employee acceptance is said to be graduated if the employee passes the file selection, interview and skill stages, where the company meets first to determine which prospective employee are most qualited to be accepted, but the company has not considered the interests of each criterion in deciding which employee is accepted employee acceptance. The company must consider this criterion as an employees condition that is accepted so that it can provide a decision on which prospective employees can be accepted. Based on the interests of the three stages (3 criteria) one of the methods for decision support is the ANP method in helping the right decision. This study examine how ANP can be used as a decision support at PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance. The result of ANP calculations show that the criteria that affect employee acceptance are the first rank criteria for skills possessed with eigenvalues (0,19) , the criteria that ranks second are the interview criteria possessed with eigenvalues (0.08), criteria that ranks third is file selection with eignenvalue (0.06) from the results of the sriteria obtained by employee recruitment data in 2015 where 34 employees took the test and were accepted by 15 companies, from the results of the same comparison with cthe company
