Abstract

VIALDI DWI SEPTIAN. Analysis Performance Of Processing And Marketing Unit Of Raw Rubber Material And The Impact For Farmer In Gunung Kemala Village Prabumulih Barat Subdistrict Sumatera Selatan (Guided by M. YAMIN and INDRI JANUARTI). Purposes of this study are (1) Analyzing success rate work UPPB Tanjung Kemala Village in Gunung Kemala, Prabumulih Barat. (2) rubber farmer perceptions of members on performance UPPB Tanjung Kemala Village in Gunung Kemala, Prabumulih Barat. (3) Analyze the impact of the difference of income before and after become Member farmers UPPB Tanjung Kemala Village in Gunung Kemala, Prabumulih Barat. This research has been carried out by October 2018 up to finish at UPPB Tanjung Kemala, due to differences of income before becoming a member of UPPB Tanjung Kemala and after becoming a member of UPPB Tanjung Kemala. The research method used was survey methods, whereas withdrawal methods example used is simple random method (simple random sampling). The data collected in this research terdirri of primary and secondary data. The results showed that (1) the increased success rate work UPPB Tanjung Kemala. (2) farmers perception on performance UPPB Tanjung Kemala ranging from service, business development, marketing and pricing bokar still meet the criteria either (3) There is a difference income significantly at the time before becoming a member of UPPB tanjung kemala and after becoming a member of UPPB tanjung kemala Key words: performance , rubber and UPPB
