Abstract

American English Course is an evolving English language learning guide, with many similar business rivals, so the company realized the importance of improving service quality. One of them by using the concept of Customer Relationship Management and In building the system of researchers using Waterfall system development method, In this study researchers used the method of User Centered Design analysis as an effort to improve the quality of service in the company by focusing the opinions of users in building systems in the company.
