Abstract

Digital imagery is very vulnerable to forgery, one kind of image forgery is the copymove forgery. In this research, a method of detecting copy-move forgery in the digital image using Best Bin First algorithm is developed. The input is an image that has been forged by copying an area and pasting it into another area on the same image. Image feature is extracted using Speeded Up Robust Feature by utilizing the integral image to speed up the calculation. The feature extraction results are preprocessed into KD-Tree and matching is sorted by Priority Queue. The amount of sample data used in the experiment is 60 sets of images, consisting of 30 original sets and 30 sets of forged imagery. In each set of digital imagery has been performing various translation, rotation, and scaling operations, JPEG compression and noise addition. Detection experiment of copy-move falsification with test data showed 89.21% success at 0.7 thresholds.
