Abstract

This research aimed to (1) analyze the management of village fund in Talang Akar Village. (2) identify community participation in the implementation of village development funded by the village fund in Talang Akar Village. (3) analyze the benefits of infrastructure development in supporting agribusiness activity in Talang Akar Village. (4) analyze the correlation between management and community participation in implementation of infrastructure development using village fund (5) analyze the correlation between community participation and the benefits of infrastructure development using village. This research was conducted in Talang Akar Village Talang Ubi District PALI Regency. Data was obtained in April to June 2017. Total respondents were 30 villagers. The method used throughout this research is the survey method. Primary and secondary data obtained in the field then processed mathematically and describe descriptively. The correlation of management and participation, participation and benefit was analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results are shown if the management of village fund in Talang Akar Village Talang Ubi District PALI Regency running well and based on technical guidance of the village fund. In implementation, villagers have played an active part in participating in village fund activities that are participation in planning, implementation, and evaluation. The benefits of infrastructure development in supporting agribusiness activity in the high category. There was a positive correlation between management and community participation in implementation of infrastructure development using village fund. There was a positive correlation between community participation and the benefits of infrastructure development using village fund .
