Abstract

Findo Laundry still uses the manual method in the transaction process. That is by way of customers coming directly and bringing their laundry to Findo Laundry. This makes it difficult for customers whose homes are far from Findo Laundry, so it takes a lot of time and effort. In addition, transactions are still written by hand which causes frequent recording and calculation errors and the risk that the notebook is damaged or lost. The report preparation process also takes quite a long time because employees have to re-copy old records and sometimes they are illegible because the writing is not neat. This research aims to build an application that can help customers order laundry services easily from home so that it saves time and effort, and can make it easier to manage transactions and make reports more easily and quickly.
