Abstract
E-commerce users in Indonesia from 2017 to 2023 are increasing every year. The more users in e-commerce, the more requests will be submitted. This can cause the response from the seller to be slower. Users also sometimes provide unstructured information in conversations so that sellers have difficulty collecting and processing data efficiently. To overcome these problems, the implementation of Form Manager with Frame-based method in e-commerce chatbot can be an effective solution. A chatbot can assist sellers in providing faster responses. Form Manager will be directed users to fill out forms with data that has been determined based on frames, so that the data received becomes more structured and easier to process. Frame-based makes it easier to ensure that all necessary data has been taken correctly and not mixed with data that is not needed in the form. Form Manager is implemented on e-commerce that sells one product category, namely laptops. The respondent test results of the Form Manager get an accuracy of 90%.
