Abstract

Upaya pemerintah terkait percepatan dalam mencapai target pembangunan ekonomi skala Nasional, pemerintah melakukan beberapa pengembangan yang salahsatunya melalui program penyiapan kawasan yang mempunyai keunggulan khusus dalam bidang ekonomi. Melalui program Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus, Tanjung Lesung menjadi salah satu daerah yang menjadi program pemerintah dalam program Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK). Dalam Masterplan yang telah digarap terdapat beberapa program, salahsatunya pembangunan Convention dan Exhibition Center. Bangunan ini merupakan bangunan yang menggabungkan fungsi yang memberikan ruang yang cukup luas guna mengakomodasi pengunjung dalam jumlah besar. Pada era sekarang bangunan ikonik menjadi salahsatu aspek yang dapat menarik wisatawan karna keindahan bangunan yang dimana bangunan tersebut memiliki ciri dan karakteristik. Gaya arsitektur pada bangunan menjadi salahsatu hal yang dapat menjadi ciri dan karakteristik pada bangunan itu sendiri. Yang salahsatunya terdapat gaya arsitektur modern kontemporer, yang dimana gaya tersebut merupakan perpaduan antara gaya arsitektur modern dan kontemporer. Bangunan ini merupakan bangunan yang membutuhkan sirkulasi dan ruangan yang luas, yang salahsatunya dapat ditunjang dengan sistem struktur bentang lebar yaitu space truss yang dimana struktur tersebut dapat menunjang bangunan ini. karna cakupan bangunan yang luas maka diperlukan juga sirkulasi yang baik dalam tapak seperti sistem sirkulasi linear dan network sehingga tercipta sirkulasi yang kondusif. Sistem utilitas yang baik juga menjadi salahsatu hal yang harus diperhatikan sehingga menunjang aspek kenyamanan pada bangunan ini. Seperti sirkulasi pencahayaan yang salahsatunya menggunakan cahaya matahari langsung yang masuk ke dalam bangunan. Dan juga penghawaan pada bangunan ini sehingga pengguna merasakan kenyamanan yang maksimal. Dan pada area fasad bangunan teradapat kisi – kisi yang menunjang aspek desain pada bangunan tersebut. The government's efforts related to acceleration in achieving the national scale economic development target, the government carried out several developments, one of which was through an area preparation program that had special advantages in the economic field. Through the Special Economic Zones program, Tanjung Lesung is one of the areas that is part of the government's Special Economic Zones (KEK) program. In the master plan that has been worked on there are several programs, one of which is the construction of a Convention and Exhibition Center. This building is a building that combines functions that provide a large enough space to accommodate large numbers of visitors. In the current era, iconic buildings are one of the aspects that can attract tourists because of the beauty of the building, where the building has characteristics and characteristics. The architectural style of the building is one of the things that can characterize and characterize the building itself. One of them is the contemporary modern architectural style, which is a blend of modern and contemporary architectural styles. This building is a building that requires wide circulation and space, one of which can be supported by a wide span structural system, namely the space truss where the structure can support this building. Due to the wide coverage of the building, good circulation within the site is also needed, such as a linear and network circulation system so as to create a conducive circulation. A good utility system is also one of the things that must be considered so as to support the comfort aspect of this building. Like lighting circulation, one of which uses direct sunlight that enters the building. And also ventilation in this building so that users feel maximum comfort. And in the area of the building facade there are grids that support the design aspects of the building.
