Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pada modifikasi mesin tabur pupuk teh untuk penebar benih padi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai Juni 2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan lahan dengan keadaan topografi datar. Parameter pengamatan yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah kapasitas efektif dan kebutuhan bahan bakar yang digunakan pada saat penelitian.Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan memperoleh nilai pada kapasitas efektif 0,828 ha/jam dan untuk kebutuhan bahan bakar 0,8195 L/jam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hal yang mempengaruhi terhadap pelaksanaan penebaran benih berlangsung adalah aliran benih dari tangki ke pisau penebar dan kecepatan putaran pisau penebar.
