Abstract

The type of research used by researchers is descriptive method with a qualitative approach with two research focuses, namely: 1. Village Fund Allocation Management in development in agriculture in Talang Baru Village, Muara Pinang Subdistrict, Empat Lawang Regency and 2. Results from the Village Fund Allocation for agriculture in Talang Baru Village, Muara Pinang Subdistrict, Empat Lawang Regency. The results of this study indicate that in the Village Fund Allocation Management based on the target and target of the Talang Baru Village, Muara Pinang Subdistrict, Empat Lawang Regency is (1) the effort taken by the Talang Baru Village Government is to hold collective meetings held every year, namely the RT, RW, Hamlet, and, Village level. Planning carried out by the Talang Baru Village Government focuses on development in agriculture. Autonomy for village development planning and budgeting will be even higher because it has met the principles of devolution, subsidiarity, discretion, participation and transparency (2) To facilitate the management of the Village Fund Allocation, the Talang Baru Village Government created an implementation team for the management of the Village Fund Allocation. The Talang Baru Village Government has not been able to control the performance of its employees. Coordination between the implementation teams tends to be weak. (3) The Talang Baru Village Government directs village officials, even though the Human Resources owned are still low. The Village Fund Allocation Budget is still classified as insufficient if it is used for development in agriculture. (4) The efforts of the Village Government in the supervision process have not been optimal, supervision is less transparent. The problems that occur are due to the lack of quality Human Resources and the arrangement of work structures made by the Talang Baru Village Government to a lesser extent.
