Abstract

The performance test of operator on tillage of swamp field using moldboard plow and tooth harrow powered by hand tractor. The observed parameters were rate of operator, time for processing land, time lost due to turn, time lost due to clogging, wheel slip, overlap, working width, working depth and fuel consumption. This research used descriptive method and the data presented were in tables graphs. The parameters were repetited three times, it consist of two operator and three times for moldboard plow and tooth harrow. Moldboard plow Is a advanced of work who has the highest level is which 84.32%, Based on the Cardiovascular Load analysis, the treatment of moldboard plow has a value between 80% -100% indicating that the land processing operator using an moldboard plow need a recovery process that can be done by giving a good rest period and balanced with high levels of work fatigue. The results of the calculation of the value of the efficiency of the Moldboard plow were 75.9% and for the tooth harrow was 61.5%.
