Abstract

Health Strategic of Kemenkes RI Year 2015-2019 mentions that the puskesmas must be accredited and there are given sanctions in the form of dismissal of BPJS cooperation if not accredited. Health Services of Lahat Department oversees 33 puskesmas, but newly only 4 puskesmas accredited. Accreditation companion has an important role in accreditation achievement. This research aims to determine the implementation of preparation accompaniment of puskesmas accreditation by Lahat District Health Services 2018. This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Informants amounted to 7 (seven) people from Health Services and Puskesmas in Lahat Department. Validation of research was done by triangulation of sources, method and theory. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study found that the implementation of accompaniment preparation of puskesmas accreditation by Lahat Department Health Office 2018 has been running well. Accreditation companion in Kab.Lahat consists of 4 teams, was trained and certified advisor. Accreditation of puskesmas uses non-physical DAK budget. Implementation of companion using system approach method and accordance with the guidelines of accompaniment accreditation. Preparatory accreditation includes lokakarya, workshop, self assessment, document preparation and implementation. Accompaniment for this year has been running since January, prepared such as subject matter, backup equipment activities and SA form to accompany 8 puskesmas. The general concluded is that the accompaniment accreditation of puskesmas in Lahat Department has been running quite well. It is recommended to improved the performance of accompaniment, seeking the additional staff and fulfillment infrastructure of supporting accompaniment accreditation. It is expected that the health services can fully support the accompaniment activities, so that the target of puskesmas accreditation can be achieved well.
