Abstract

Welfare of society is a condition where the fulfillment of spiritual and social needs of citizens in order to live a decent life and able to develop himself, so as to perform its social functions. The purpose of this research are: 1) to identify social and cultural factor of farmer after existence of CSR program PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 in Pengabuan Village Abab Sub-district Pali Regency. 2) to calculating household income of paddy farmer before and after CSR program PT Pertamina EP Asset 2. 3) to calculating contribution of paddy farming income before and after CSR program PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 in Pengabuan Village Abab Sub-district Pali Regency. 4) Compare the per capita income with the living needs of beneficiaries of the CSR program of PT Pertamina EP Asset in Pengabuan Village Abab District Pali District. This research was conducted in Pengabuan Village Abab District Pali District in November 2017 until February 2018. The method used in this research is survey method. The result of this research is the CSR Program in the village of Pengabuan giving socio-cultural impact for farmers that make farmers increase knowledge, open thinking and more innovative. Average household income before and after receiving CSR program amounted to Rp 43,487,416 and Rp 63,239,620 in each year. Revenue contribution from rice farming to total household income before and after receiving CSR program amounting to Rp 40,437,662 or equal to 70%, and Rp 57,937,662 or 80%.
