Abstract

Analysis Of Satisfaction The Rice Consumers Traded In Palembang Rice Kiosk. (Guided by ANDY MULYANA and DESI ARYANI). The purposes of this study are 1) Describing the characteristics of riceconsumers in terms of the importance level of the rice attributes traded in Palembang Rice Kiosk, 2) Identifying rice consumer preferen es associated with rice attributes which is bought and sold at the Palembang City Rice Kiosk and 3) Analyzing the level of consumer satisfaction between the level of importance and the level of performance of rice attributes in the rice purchase in the Rice Kiosk of Palembang City. This research was carried out in the Palembang city on October – November 2018. Location selection is done purposively. Research method used is the survey method. The sampling method used is the Incidental Sampling method as many as 30 samples. The results of this study indicate that the level of importance rice attributes based on consumer characteristics at the level of income, education, age and the number of different family members on average is more concerned with the quality attributes of rice and WTP. In consumer preferences, the level of importance of consumers assesses quality attributes and location of purchase of rice as a very important attribute, and for physical attributes, types, packaging and PAPs are assessed by consumers as an important attribute. Whereas, on the level of consumer performance assesses the performance of the physical attributes and PAPs of rice is good. Then for the quality attributes and locations of consumer rice purchases, the performance of this attribute is rather good. Meanwhile, the types and packaging attributes of rice are considered by consumers are very bad. On level of customer satisfaction, based on the results of CSI calculation analysis shows the CSI value obtained by 64.17%. It shows that consumers already satisfied with the attributes of rice which traded in Palembang Rice Kiosk according to CSI value criteria.
