Abstract

Housing problems are often caused by an imbalance between the supplies of residenlial land with the result that low-income people are only able to live in settlements that are not feasible. In fact, the settlements which are not worth often located in protected areas. The tenants who occupy the area in general, choose the living in informal sectors, such as fishermen, farmers, and labor who buih the settlements arrouncl to the site. The construction of vertical settlements in accorclance with the allolment locations for low-income communities in the wetlands is recjuired to happen. The construction of flats that is suitable for the site conditions should be relevance to the natural conditions so that the chosen concept is a contextual method. The design process of land is divided into two ways, namely land that is hoarded as vehicle circulation areas and land that is not deposited as productive land. In optimizing wetlands, urban farming and fishery land are used as a solulion for productive land.
