Abstract

Pit 2 Banko Barat is a new pit that operates in 2017 and recorded on 17 July 2017 made the first production in coal mining. Just like any other area in PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk, which engages in coal mining activities by surface mining method which undertakes activities such as land clearing, stripping of covering, excavation, loading and transporting from the mining front to the disposal area. Coal located in pit 2 western banko is then transported to dump hopper and temporary stock pile 1E. as a new pit, then supporting supports to achieve productivity should be focused, including haul roads that are supportive of achieving productivity. The method of research conducted in this research is by studying literature study and then doing field observation in pit 2 Banko Barat and continued with primary and secondary data collection. Primary and secondary data obtained are processed and analyzed, then the discussion and drawn conclusions. Based on research at PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. that the geometry of the coal haul road in pit 2 western banko consists of 10 segments and only 2 segments are carried out by widening the road on straight conditions and 2 segments at the time of the bend, the results obtained for the straight road width are 8.4 m and 25.5m while on the width road bend 14m and 31m. The slope (grade) of each segment road meets the standard that is <8%. The ideal cross slope used is 40 mm / m and the maximum height difference is 0.49 m. Based on the match factor obtained that is 0.85 means <1 that the load is more idle, while the match factor after the repair is> 1 is 1.04. Unsuitable loading and hauling factors. are existing operators in the field, field conditions, and equipment conditions. The actual productivity of coal dump truck per month in pit 2 of West Banko is 151,891.2 ton / month and can not reach production target, while the productivity of coal dump truck after road repair is able to reach production target of 202,233.6 ton / month. Based on the analysis that the total production generated from the productivity of the conveyance can reach the production target of 200,000 tons / month.
