Abstract

Skripsi ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Humas Rumah Sakit Pertamina Kota Prabumulih dalam Meningkatkan Citra Rumah Sakit Pertamina Kota Prabumulih (Studi Kegiatan Program CSR Rumah Sakit Pertamina Kota Prabumulih). Ini mengaplikasikan teori strategi Humas menurut Cutlip, Center and Broom, dimana seorang Humas dalam tugasnya tidak hanya melakukan komunikasi saja tetapi memperhatikan strategi yang akan digunakan agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengdeskripsikan strategi Humas dalam meningkatkan citra positif berdasarkan elemen – elemen strategi Humas menurut Cutlip, Center dan Broom yaitu menemukan fakta, perencanaan, mengkomunikasikan, dan mengevaluasi.
