Abstract

Reactive Powder Concrete is an innovative concrete without course agregate and have a compressive strength up to 200 MPa. This research used silica fume as cement substitution material. The percentage substitution of silica fume was 10% of cement and three variation of w/c. The variation of w/c that used in this research were 0,20, 0,23, and 0,26. The test method for slump flow test, compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus elasticity was according to the ASTM and ACI standard. The research showed the larger w/c, compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus elasticity decreased. In reverse, slump flow of fresh concrete increased. The maximum of compressive strength and modulus elasticity value is 117,577 MPa and 50.258 MPa when w/c = 0,20. In reverse, slump flow value at w/c = 0,20 increased is 55 cm. The maximum of flexural strength and tensile strength in this research is 12,25 MPa dan 6,716 MPa when w/c = 0,20.
